Alkis (Hunger) is an untraditional dance performance, dedicated to those who are searching for creative impulses in their daily routine. This piece breaks the boundaries of dance performances. The viewer – while physically limited – becomes a part of the active scenography and collective experience.
The COVID-19 pandemic has made a big impact on how we interact with each other. We wanted to portray the sterility that has dramatically increased in the last couple of years. There is a sense of coldness and numbness in the photography of the campaign for this dance performance.
